Cancellation Policy

Package Details: The Golf Lesson Package includes X number of lessons, each lasting 60 minutes. Lessons must be completed within 6 months of the purchase date. Any unused lessons after the 6-month period will be forfeited and cannot be refunded, extended, or transferred. ​ Scheduling Lessons: Lessons must be scheduled in advance and are subject to instructor availability. A confirmation email or phone call will be sent once your lesson is scheduled. ​ Cancellations and Rescheduling: Cancellations or rescheduling of a lesson must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to cancel within this time frame will result in the lesson being forfeited. In case of emergency, the instructor may offer rescheduling at their discretion. ​ Refund Policy: All purchases for the Golf Lesson Package are final. There are no refunds for unused lessons or for cancellation of the package after purchase. ​ Expiry: 6 Golf Lesson Package expires 6 months from the date of purchase. 12 Golf Lesson Package expires 1 year from the date of purchase. Any lessons not used within this time frame will expire, and no extensions will be granted under any circumstances. Transferability: The Golf Lesson Package is non-transferable. Lessons cannot be shared or given to another person. ​ Weather and Conditions: In the event of adverse weather or other conditions that prevent lessons from being conducted, the instructor will offer rescheduling options at no extra charge. If a lesson is canceled by the instructor due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, an alternate date will be arranged. ​ Liability Waiver: By purchasing the Golf Lesson Package, the client agrees to release the instructor and Avaday Golf Pte Ltd from any liability related to injury, loss, or damage sustained during lessons. It is the responsibility of the client to inform the instructor of any medical conditions or injuries before participating in lessons. ​ Payment Terms: Full payment for the Golf Lesson Package is required at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed upon. ​ Code of Conduct: All clients are expected to behave in a respectful and safe manner during lessons. The instructor reserves the right to refuse service to any client displaying inappropriate behavior, and the lesson will be forfeited. ​ Modification of Terms: The Academy reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time.
