Terms and Conditions
1. Programme Structure
1.1 The Junior Golf Programme consists of 10 sessions, each 1 hour in duration.
1.2 Lessons are conducted in accordance with the school term calendar as determined by the Academy.
1.3 Each class will have a maximum of 4 students and a minimum of 2 students required for the class to commence.
1.4 The Academy reserves the right to reschedule, merge, or cancel classes if the minimum number of students is not met.
2. Class Allocation
2.1 Students will be assigned a fixed weekly time slot upon registration.
2.2 Once the slot has been confirmed, the student will remain in that same slot for the duration of the school term.
2.3 To ensure consistency and avoid disruption to other students, changes to class day or time (e.g. Saturday to Sunday) are not permitted once the programme has commenced.
3. Attendance
3.1 Students are expected to attend all scheduled lessons punctually.
3.2 If a student is unable to attend a lesson, the Academy or Coach must be informed at least 24 hours prior to the start of the lesson.
4. Absences & Medical Leave
4.1 If a student is unable to attend due to illness, a valid medical certificate (MC) must be provided.
4.2 The Academy must be informed at least 24 hours prior to the lesson start time.
5. Make-Up Lessons
5.1 Make-up lessons may only be arranged where advance notice of at least 24 hours has been given and a valid medical certificate is provided.
5.2 Make-up lessons are subject to availability of other group slots and the Coach’s discretion.
5.3 Make-up lessons must be completed within the same week where possible and cannot be accumulated or carried forward indefinitely.
6. Forfeited Lessons
6.1 Failure to inform the Academy at least 24 hours in advance will result in the lesson being forfeited.
6.2 Lessons will also be forfeited if a student fails to attend the scheduled session without notice.
6.3 No refunds, credits, or replacements will be provided for forfeited lessons.
7. Programme Validity
7.1 The package of 10 lessons must be completed within the designated school term.
7.2 Unused lessons will not be carried forward beyond the term unless approved by the Academy under exceptional circumstances.
8. Refund Policy
8.1 All programme fees paid are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable once the programme has commenced.
8.2 Refunds will not be granted for missed lessons, personal schedule conflicts, travel commitments, or loss of interest.
8.3 By completing registration and making payment, the parent/guardian confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to the Academy’s Terms and Conditions, including the refund policy, prior to enrolment.
9. Coach Availability
9.1 In the event that the assigned Coach is unavailable due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, the Academy reserves the right to assign a replacement coach or reschedule the lesson.
10. Late Arrival Policy
10.1 Students are expected to arrive on time for their scheduled lesson.
10.2 If a student arrives late, the lesson will still end at the originally scheduled time to avoid disruption to subsequent classes.
10.3 Additional time will not be provided for late arrivals.
11. Student Development & Progress
11.1 The Academy provides professional coaching instruction designed to support each student’s learning and development in golf.
11.2 Individual improvement and results may vary depending on each student’s effort, participation, practice, and ability.
11.3 The Academy does not guarantee specific performance outcomes or skill progression.
12. Liability
12.1 Golf involves inherent physical activity and outdoor conditions.
12.2 By enrolling in the programme, parents/guardians acknowledge and accept the risks associated with participation in golf activities.
12.3 The Academy and its Coaches shall not be held liable for injuries, accidents, or loss of personal belongings occurring during the programme, except where required by law.
13. Force Majeure
13.1 The Academy shall not be held responsible for failure or delay in performing its obligations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to extreme weather, government restrictions, facility closures, or other unforeseen events.
14. Behaviour & Conduct
14.1 Students are expected to behave respectfully towards coaches and fellow students.
14.2 The Academy reserves the right to remove any student whose behaviour disrupts the class or compromises safety, without refund.
15. Acceptance of Terms
15.1 By registering for the programme and making payment, the parent/guardian acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
